Two classes: Class A – each Owner one vote per Lot; Class B – Declarant three votes per Lot owned. Class B ceases when Class A votes exceed Class B or December 31, 1989. (Article IV, Section 2)
Amendments
Restrictions last 25 years from instrument date, then auto-renew 10 years. During first 25 years, amendment requires 90% of Lot Owners; after that 3/4. Amendment must also be signed by 50% of lienholders to be effective against mortgages. (Article XVII, Section 4)
