- Amendments
- Restrictions last 25 years from instrument date, then auto-renew 10 years. During first 25 years, amendment requires 90% of Lot Owners; after that 3/4. Amendment must also be signed by 50% of lienholders to be effective against mortgages. (Article XVII, Section 4)
