Assessments & dues

Dues are set by the members of the Home Owners Association. (Section 19, page 3)

Parking & vehicles

Any commercial or recreational vehicles, including boats, boat trailers, horse trailers, campers, buses, or similar items, shall be screened by adequate planting or fencing to conceal from view of streets or neighbors, and are to be parked (Section 13, page 3)
