About HOAs in Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania community associations are governed by the Uniform Planned Community Act (68 Pa. C.S. §§5101 et seq.) for HOAs, the Uniform Condominium Act (68 Pa. C.S. §§3101 et seq.) for condominiums, and the Real Estate Cooperative Act for housing cooperatives. All three statutes give owners detailed rights around access to records, member meetings, board elections, and proxy voting. Each Pennsylvania association also adopts its own declaration, bylaws, rules, and amendments — HOAproxy aggregates those documents and makes the full text searchable across every Pennsylvania community on the platform.
