- Permitted if not observable outside residence, does not significantly increase parking or traffic, and not in violation of local ordinances. Board may approve. Association not liable for interruption of utilities. (Section 4.1(a), 4.1(a)(i))
- Signs & flags
- For Sale signs allowed (max 24x36 inches) in front yard or inside front window. For Rent/Lease signs prohibited. Political signs allowed temporarily on Lots. No other signs on Common Area without Board approval. (Section 4.11)

- Minimum 1,100 square feet exclusive of attics, patios, decks, porches, balconies, and garages. (Section 4.3(b))
