Voting & meetings

Each Apartment Project or Condominium Project in Harrison Center will be allocated one vote. A voting representative will be appointed by the owner of each Apartment Project or elected by each Condominium Owners Association to cast its vote (Article VIII (b) and (c))

Amendments

The provisions hereof may not be amended without the vote of members having not less than all of the voting rights of the Association. Amendments cannot be inconsistent with the Declaration; if inconsistent, the Declaration shall be amended (Article X)
