Owner fence may not extend closer to the front street than five (5) feet behind the most forward portion of the house wall; on a corner, the non-front side fence shall not be closer than ten (10) feet to the sidewalk (Section 6.3.b)
Maintenance
Owners maintain their Lots and fences; HOA maintains entryway monuments, lighting, landscaping and irrigation as common matters (Section 4.2 / Section 5.3 / Section 6.4 )
