Assessments & dues

Board fixes amount of annual assessment at least 30 days in advance of each annual assessment period. Board sends written notice to each owner at least 30 days in advance. (Article VII Section 2(c) and (d), page 4)

Collections & liens

Assessments are secured by a continuing lien on the property. If not paid within 30 days after due date, Association may foreclose the lien or bring action at law against owner personally. Interest, costs, and reasonable attorney's fees add (Article XII, page 7; Article VII Section)

Amendments

Bylaws may be amended at a regular or special meeting of members by a vote of a majority of a quorum of members present in person or by proxy. In case of conflict between Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, Bylaws control. (Article XIII, Section 1-2, page 8)
