Assessments & dues

Directors prepare at least an annual budget, allocate Common Expenses among Owners according to their Common Element ownership interests, and by majority vote may adjust monthly assessments. (Section 4.3.5, page 4)

Special assessments

Directors may collect special assessments when, in their opinion, necessary to meet immediate, extraordinary expenses. (Section 4.3.5, page 4)

Amendments
