- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit (bounded by unfinished surfaces of walls, ceiling, and floor). The association maintains the common areas (foundations, roof, exterior walls, stairs, yard, parking, and utility lines serving more than one unit). Limited common areas (decks, outside stairs, driveways) are for your exclusive use but maintained by the association.
- Leasing & rentals: Rental is allowed, subject to association rules. No time-share sales are permitted.
