- What you own & maintain: You own the space inside your unit from the ceiling wallboard down to the concrete slab and within the interior wall surfaces. The association maintains the building structure, roofs, exterior, common grounds, parking areas, and utilities (master-metered water/sewer). You are responsible for all interior repairs, cleaning, and upkeep as well as any limited common elements serving your unit (e.g., balcony, porch, roof deck, designated parking).
- Leasing & rentals: There is no minimum lease term stated for standard rentals, but the board may permit short-term rentals (minimum 1 day) if owners register and comply with rules, insurance, and tax requirements.
