Parking & vehicles

Owner of Entire Property pays cost and maintenance of easement areas on their property (excluding sign tracts). Sign Tract Easement Holders maintain sign tract areas. (Section 5a)

Amendments

This Declaration may be amended or terminated by instrument executed and acknowledged by all Sign Tract Easement Holders as to a particular sign tract and all fee owners of the affected portion of the Entire Property. No amendment affects r (Section 14)
