- Each owner shall at sole cost repair residence keeping it in condition comparable to initial construction except normal wear and tear (Article II Section 7(a))
- Insurance
- Residents Association shall procure and maintain insurance in accordance with the Bylaws (Article IV Section 5(a))
- Voting & meetings
- Class A members (all lot owners except Developer) entitled to one vote per lot; Class B member (Developer) entitled to ten votes per lot (Article IV Section 13)
- Amendments
- Restrictions run 30 years from recording, automatically extended for successive 10-year periods unless instrument signed by majority of front footage owners recorded to change; restrictions may be canceled/altered/amended by affirmative act (Article V Sections 3, 5)
