- Insurance
- If Association does not carry insurance on Owner's property, Owner must carry liability and casualty insurance. In case of total destruction, Owner must clear debris and return to natural state if not rebuilding. (Article VIII Section 3)
- Use restrictions
- All Residences shall be used for single-family residential purposes exclusively. No business or business activity without written Board approval. Residences of more than two stories prohibited. (Article VI Section 2)
- Voting & meetings
- One vote per Residence owned. Owners may assign voting rights to occupants via lease with written notice to Secretary. Suspension of voting rights possible as per Article XII Section 2. (Article III Section 2; Article IV Sectio)
