Assessments & dues

The Board shall at least annually prepare a budget and determine Assessments payable by Owners to meet Common Expenses, Master Expenses, and amounts due to NCL Owner and SCU Owner. (Article 10)

Voting & meetings

Each Residential Unit entitled to one (1) vote; each Commercial Unit entitled to one (1) vote. Each Owner is a member of the Condominium Association. (Section 5.2)

Amendments

Except as elsewhere provided, amendments require affirmative vote of 80% or more of voting interests of all Owners. Material Amendments require joinder of record Owners and mortgagees. Developer may amend alone during control period (except (Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5)
