- Shared amenity access (Windsor Cay Resort): This document's Sixth Amendment grants owners and occupants of the adjacent Windsor Cay Resort community the right to use Windsor Island Resort's common areas, including the community amenity, as Declarant deems appropriate. This is a change from the original declaration.
