Two classes: Class A (lot owners, one vote per lot, only one vote per lot if multiple owners, first name on deed if no designation) and Class B (Developer, three votes per lot owned). All matters require majority vote quorum of both classes (Section 4.b)
Amendments
Developer may amend, rescind, or add to Paragraph 13 unilaterally. Owners may amend by 75% of lots, recorded. 75% vote may also change term. (Section 17)
