Voting & meetings

Each Lot is entitled to one vote. If multiple owners, vote must be cast in accordance with majority interest. Votes may be cast by proxy. Votes of a Lot owned by the Association may not be cast. (Section 3.9)

Amendments

Bylaws may be amended only by vote of the Board, following notice to all Lot Owners, at a meeting duly called. No amendment affecting mortgagee provisions shall be adopted without approval of all Lot Owners. (Article 9)
