ACC must approve or disapprove within 30 days after application and required information submitted; failure to act results in deemed approval unless violation of other rules. (Article IX, Section 9.01)
Home business
Ancillary business activities allowed within dwelling if not apparent from exterior, no employee/client visitation, conforms to zoning, does not increase traffic or insurance premiums, consistent with residential character. (Article X, Section 10.01(A))
