Voting & meetings
Two votes per Lot. Declarant and ITJ Investments, Inc. get six votes per Lot owned. (Section 1.05)
Amendments
Declarant may amend unilaterally before turnover, provided no material adverse effect on mortgage holders. After turnover, amendment requires approval by Declarant and majority of votes cast by Lot Owners. Recording required. (Section 9.04, Section 9.05)
