Foothills Club West is a master-planned single-family-home community in the Ahwatukee Foothills of Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa County), developed by Shea Homes. This recorded document is the tract declaration for one neighborhood (Parcel 15D, 42 lots), layered on top of the community's separate Master Declaration. It sets detailed architectural and use rules, enforced by an Architectural Committee, to keep the neighborhood single-family and visually consistent.
